Important Residential Camp Information, What to Bring, Check-in, Camp Bank, & Directions
Check-in/Check-out
Checkout will begin at 10:30am on Monday. Check-out will be held at West Residence Halls and will be staggered. Another email will be sent prior to check out with check out procedure & specific check out times for your camper’s group.
Medical Form
The week is expected to be hot so we wanted to make sure that everyone starts to hydrate soon. The hydration process should begin 48 hours in advance of the camp and should be kept up with each day. In order for each player to get the most out of camp they should consume at least 64 ounces of water throughout the day and if you can handle more than the 64 ounces even better that should be a minimum, and as mentioned above, it should be consumed throughout the day, not quick large amounts, but slow consistent amounts. We will also have plenty of water and ice on hand on all the fields.
Camp Banks
In addition, please remember that you can set up a camp bank for your child at check-in, so that they can purchase items in the camp store throughout the camp during the day and in the evenings, including snacks /drinks/ gear etc. Campers will also have an option to purchase a post-match meal after the last session which will be pizza (exploring other options as well). Since we do not want any non-camp personnel around campers for safety reasons, we will not allow campers to order through food delivery services, i.e DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, etc. Please bring CASH to put into your child's camp bank, so that we are able to return everyone’s camp bank balances at the end of the week in cash. Having a camp bank helps prevent any money from being lost or stolen. Any unused camp bank money can be picked up at checkout. We highly recommend setting up a camp bank for your child. Most parents put anywhere from $30-$100 in their child's camp bank.
On the last day your child's room will be inspected by their coach, if there is damage, you have already provided authorization in your online registration to have a damage fee of $60 charged to your account on file.
