Eric Oates enters his first season as the Director of Operations for the men's soccer team.

Oates joined the UConn soccer staff in 2023 as the Director of Soccer Quality Control. He spent the previous two seasons as the team’s student manager.

In his new role Eric will coordinate and execute team travel plans, oversee home game management, assist with marketing and promotional efforts, maintain relationships with the student population, establish camps and team fundraisers, and maintain team compliance records.

A native of Berlin, Connecticut, Eric completed his bachelor’s of science in sport management from UConn in May, 2023.
